Squash and Stretch:
This is what gives the stop motion the weight because because its like a bouncing ball moving into a person walking, this is the important  element that you will need to do a stop motion.

Anticipation: This is a motion that is able to help you make the person move like jumping off the ground, running. so this motion is for helping your motion move.

Staging: this helps by getting different shots of the object you are taking pictures of like long, medium, or close up shots of the object.

Straight ahead and pose to pose animation: with pose to pose you can lose size,volume, and proportion with this method.
